I don’t have your typical attorney story. I was a teacher and a coach for a number of years. I then changed careers completely. I became an attorney. At my first job, I gained invaluable litigation experience at Hightower & Partners handling civil defense work for mega-corporations. As the product of divorce, I was hesitant to enter the Family Law field. I’ve seen what divorce can do to families, specifically the children. Now I realize that all those years as a child of divorce, then teaching, coaching, and mentoring children going through the same struggles, and then gaining real litigation experience defending large companies was the best preparation anyone could ask for when handling family law matters for clients. I have the intuition and life experience necessary to anticipate issues and work to resolve them. I was also an extremely competitive, demanding, and detail-oriented coach, who would never accept being unprepared , so when it’s time for a fight, I’ll make sure we’re ready…

None of this would be possible without the love and support of my amazing wife, Ashley, and the constant motivation from Zoe (11), London (7), Magnus (4), and Ted (1). They’re why I bust my butt every day.
